Dr Philip Frost
Founder and Medical Director
A Graduate of Otago School of Medicine, Dr Frost is a Senior Cosmetic Doctor with over 25 years’ experience and is an accredited member of the NZ Society of Cosmetic Medicine.
He has a love of learning and teaching, committed to staying at the forefront of developments in cosmetic medicine and sharing his knowledge with others. He provides clinical training and oversight to a number of Registered Nurses to advance safe professional practice. He is also a national trainer for Teoxane, training Doctors and Nurses in injectables as part of the Teoxane Medical Education Faculty.
Dr Frost is an advanced injector with interests in both Cosmetic and Regenerative Medicine and ensures Face Value leads in the exploration of new technologies and clinical practice. His attention and eye for detail and fusion of art and medicine will ensure you are in the best of hands.

Anna Smith
Advanced Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Anna is a Registered Nurse with over twenty years’ experience. Cosmetic Medicine is her passion and she is committed to ongoing learning and professionalism in the field. She leads peer group education and loves to be at the forefront of exploring new technologies and products.
She has a warm, positive manner and loves working with our clients to produce natural and individualised results. Anna offers the full range of cosmetic injectable treatments in addition to her special interest in female intimate health and body treatments.

Janelle Pipe
Advanced Dermal Therapist
Janelle leads the Face Value Skin Lab, specialising in advanced dermal treatments including radio frequency treatments, dermal needling, exosome therapy, IPL, medical grade peels and facials.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team with over ten years of experience within the beauty industry as a skin therapist, senior manager and trainer. She is passionate about skin and ensuring her treatments complement and enhance the work of our medical team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the client.

Shelley Frost
Registered Nurse and Practice Manager
Shelley is a senior Registered Nurse with over thirty years’ experience in primary care nursing and cosmetic medicine. Previously a Director of Nursing she has held a number of leadership and governance roles at a national level and is committed to the delivery of the highest quality care to the clients of Face Value.
While you may still encounter Shelley supporting the clinical team in her nursing role, her main focus now is in a management and administrative role within the clinic.
